National Hokusei University. Ryoko and I attend this university, which has a campus in Hokusei, a regional city rich in water and greenery.

However, I am in the Department of Humanities in the Faculty of Literature, and Ryoko is in the Department of Business Administration in the Faculty of Economics. We have different timetables, and we both have friends in our respective departments, so we have to socialize with them.

Therefore, we basically do not work together on campus.

The only time we do is when we are involved in club activities together.

On the first weekday after I was kicked out from the band, I was going to go to the university library to do some research for an assignment.

Time passes equally whether you get fired from the band or lose your girlfriend. Assignment deadlines are rapidly approaching.

College students are often thought to have a lot of time on their hands, but if you don’t do what you need to do, you’ll end up in hell.

The heartlessness of the world makes me sigh.

But busyness is not so bad, depending on how you look at it. I can forget about music during that time.

Right now, I feel like being alone and reevaluating my past and future.

For that purpose, it would be good to forget about music once and for all.

I was walking around the campus, thinking like a monk.

“Hey, hey, just once is fine.”

“I’m not interested. Please find someone else.”

I heard a flirtatious man’s voice and a woman’s voice that sounded like she was troubled.

When I looked in the direction of the voice, I saw a male student clinging to the back of a female student.

“Wouldn’t it be nice to have some drinks? I’ll buy you a cup of coffee at the cafeteria.”

“I don’t like coffee.”

It was a pick-up. It’s a very ballsy thing to pick up girls on campus.

The guy had dyed hair and pierced ears, and looked like a musician. In a way, he looked more like a band member than me. He has a nice face and doesn’t seem like a bad person to play with.

The female student, on the other hand, was very salty. She seemed to have no interest in playing with him at all.

Or rather, that female student is….ah, Misumi senpai.

“Don’t say that !”

“Kyaa !”

The impatient guy goes around to the front of the senior.

The man was not in contact with her, but she was so startled by his sudden entry into her field of vision that she dropped the book she was holding in her hands. The man quickly picked it up.

“Please give it back to me.”

“What should I do?”

The man fluttered the book in front of his face and uttered such a nasty line.

Is this a strategy to get Senpai’s attention? That would only have the opposite effect.

On the other hand, perhaps I should say that Senpai, who had her important book taken from her, curled her mouth into a huff to show her irritation.

“You look cute even when you’re angry !”

The man continued his mischievous pranks, ignoring Senpai’s feelings.

I can’t stand to watch this anymore.

I moved closer to the man’s back so that he would not notice me. But it was easy to sneak up on him because he was only looking at Senpai.

I quickly snatched the book from his hand.

“I’ll take this book.”

“Ah, hey ! What are you doing !”

“This is Misumi senpai’s book. Please give it back to her.”

“Kobayakawa kun……”

I took the book from him and handed it to her. Senpai was surprised by my sudden appearance, but seemed relieved as she accepted the book and hugged it carefully.

“Please refrain from doing this because it’s causing trouble for Senpai.”

“No, I don’t mean to bother her or anything…….”

The man excuses himself with an embarrassed look on his face.

On the other hand, Misumi senpai, who was being bothered, glared at the man, showing her displeasure. Her eyes tend to droop, which makes her look less impressive, but it’s obvious to anyone that she’s not in a good mood.

“D-don’t look at me like that. I just wanted some tea. Bye〜!”

The man made excuses at the last minute and ran off like a hare.

“That was a disaster, Senpai.”

“Yes, I wanted to finish my assignment as soon as possible.”

Senpai sighed, looking terribly tired.

“Thank you, Kobayakawa kun. Thanks to you, I was able to save the day.”

“I didn’t do anything serious.”

Senpai’s eyes were covered by bangs, so it was difficult to see the change in her facial expression. However, I could tell from the slight glimpse of her eye and the tone of her voice that she was sincerely thanking me.

Misumi Shino senpai is a second year student in the same faculty as me.

She has long, ink-black hair like that of an inkstone tin, white skin reminiscent of Heian beauties, and clear eyes that are truly a work of glass art.

Her elegant appearance, as if she came out of the Tale of Genji, truly a Yamato Nadeshiko.

I first met Senpai in a seminar.

In my faculty, seminars are compulsory from the second year, and in the second semester of the first year, there is a credit called “pre-seminar” in which students have to go to different seminars every month to experience them.

Misumi senpai was a student at the seminar I participated in last month.

“I should thank you for something……. What would you like?”

She put her slender fingers to her chin and thought.

“I don’t want anything in return.”

I smiled at her stubbornness. I really didn’t mean it that way.

“I was just trying to be nice to him. Please let me know if there is anything I can do.”

I fantasize about something, and for a moment my eyes are drawn to a part of Senpai’s body.

Senpai has the same facial features as Yamato Nadeshiko, but on the other hand, she has an outstanding style that shows off where she wants to go and is tight where she needs to be.

Her bust, in particular, is a mass of adult sex appeal that pushes up against her sweater and makes me have strange expectations of her.

No, no, no ! This kind of thinking is disrespectful to Senpai !

Moreover, I must not give her the evil eye.

There is a rumor about Senpai.

I heard from another senior in the seminar that she is a hardcore man hater.

So if a man wants to be friends with Shino Misumi, he must never have ulterior motives.

I fully mobilized my rational mind and turned my gaze in the direction of the day after tomorrow.

I am interested in tanka poetry and I want to be in the same seminar as Misumi senpai next year. So I don’t want to be disliked from now on.

Fortunately, until now I had the woman I loved, Yua, so I didn’t get sidetracked. But now that I no longer have that, I have been having strange fantasies.

I had this fantasy of having my hot, boiling guitar sandwiched between these two huge things…….

Oh no, no, no, what was I thinking !

“You really don’t have to worry about it. I just wanted to thank you for your help last month.”

I vowed to stay close to Senpai and have her treat me as a good junior.

“Are you sure?”

“Yes, I’m fine with it.”

“I see…… I can provide you with past exam papers.”

“I’d like that very much !”

I was caught with something. Well, it was safe to say that it was a junior’s behavior to ask a senior to do something to help them get good credits.

Senpai was caught off guard by my immediate answer and laughed.

Hmmm, cute.

Senpai is a bit plain because of her lack of makeup, but she is still a good-looking girl because of her good features.

I remembered something at this point.

“Oh yes, Senpai. Are you free next Sunday?”

“Eh, Sunday? I have time…….”

Senpai tilted her head doubtfully. She must’ve been surprised to be suddenly asked about her day off schedule.

“I’m glad to hear that. My circle is having a [tea party] on Sunday, if you want to come, you can come.”

I belong to a tea-drinking circle called [Tea Club Boston] with Ryoko.

The basic activity of Boston is to drink tea among friends, but once a month, we hold an event to serve tea to people outside the circle by renting a facility on campus.

This month, Ryoko and I are supposed to work as the management staff.

“It’s our quota for members to call out to people, so we’d be glad if you could come.”

“I see. I’ll be glad to visit you then.”

She smiled cheerfully, promised, bailed, and left.

As I watched her back, I thought of something and called Ryoko on my phone.

When I called, Ryoko picked up immediately. Without chita-chat, I started out with my requirements.

“As a way of thanking Ari san, how about inviting her to a tea party on Sunday?”

[That’s good, isn’t it? It would be a good distraction from studying for the exams. But just inviting her to the tea party would be tasteless, so why don’t you go to a cake shop and buy some cookies or something to give to her?]

“Oh, that’s a good idea ! As expected of Ryoko, very thoughtful !”

After deciding on the content of the thank-you gift, I immediately sent a message to Ari san on LINE.

This is an illustration of the third heroine, Shino Mimoku!

She and Kingo are senior and junior students in the same faculty, but they are not yet as close as Ari san and others.

Please look forward to seeing how they will build their relationship in the future !

The third heroine, Senpai

This is an advance release of the illustration of the third heroine !

Her name is Shino Misumi. She is a senior female college student who belongs to the same faculty as the main character and is a grade above him.

Misumi……Misumi……very familiar.

Unlike his fan, Ari, and his old friend Ryoko, they don’t have much of a relationship, but they will be getting to know each other better and better !

Expect the arrival of a senior who wears a graceful and elegant beauty and aura !

Don’t think too much about it. I think it’s just a reference image for reader and nothing more.
