When I arrived at the meeting place a little before the meeting time,──── there was a presence I had been eyeing up.
It was Nanahoshi Chiha, a person with long blonde hair, wearing a white shirt and jeans. ……
Is it because of her looks that she attracts attention, or is it simply because she is famous for being a model or appearing in a TV drama? It’s probably both, but anyone can attract attention just by standing there. Since this is not the case, it is still amazing.
Even with that in mind, I approached Nanahoshi and called out to her.
“I’m sorry for making you wait.”
When I said so, Nanahoshi immediately turned towards me and said while shaking her head to the side.
“N-No, no, no! I’m not waiting for you at all, so don’t worry about it!”
“I see.”
If things look like this, it seems like she had to wait at least ten minutes, but since there’s no evidence to be able to say that for sure, there’s no need to worry about it here, just like she said.
“Even so, it’s amazing, it seemed like Nanahoshi was attracting a lot of attention from the people around her just by standing there.”
“T-That’s not true! Actually, I do modelling and appearances in dramas and stuff, so I think that’s why they’re just looking at me!’

When I honestly told her exactly what I thought, she blushed and said so…I don’t think she should be thanking me for anything.
As I was thinking about this, she suddenly suggested something shocking.
“Um! I don’t know if about actor …… because it requires acting skills, but at least I think you can definitely do modelling, so what if you are interested!”
Me…… modelling?
Modeling is a far cry from the mediocrity I’m aiming for,…… I absolutely cannot deviate from the mediocrity I’m aiming for.
For that reason, I told her clearly.
“I’m glad you say that, but I don’t think it’s a good fit for my personality, so I’ll pass.”

Nanahoshi said in a flustered manner.

“T-Toiro san! Let’s go to dinner!”
“Let’s do that.”
This is the second time we’ve met, but we were able to get off to a good start without any awkwardness, and we headed for the restaurant Nanahoshi said she had reserved for us.

Nanahoshi said in a loud voice when we arrived in front of the restaurant.
The building is a very Western-style building with a white base.
The restaurant offers a choice of indoor or terrace seating, but Nanahoshi had apparently made a reservation for terrace seating, so we sat opposite each other on the terrace.
Then, we opened the menu list and looked through it together.
“Which one do you want to eat, Nanahoshi?”
“Ah~! I was just about to ask you that, so please tell me first, Toiro-san!”
“But I actually asked first ────”
“It’s fine! Please tell me first!”
I don’t know why you want to hear my answer first, but if that’s the case, I’ll answer first anyway.
“I think I’ll have this sauté.”
When I said that and pointed to a picture on the menu, Nanahoshi said.
“Then, I would also like to be with Toiro san, so I will choose that!”
“Be together..? Why?”
When I asked that, her cheeks turned red with embarrassment.
“T-That’s u-umm…….”
Then, after a few moments of silence, I say to her
“Anyway, you mean it’s okay for us to be the same?”
“Yes!”
Once we had decided on the dishes to order, I looked at the waiter and he came over to us and I ordered two identical sautéed dishes.
Then, as we waited for the sauté to arrive, Nanahoshi said happily, her cheeks flushed red.
“Um …… don’t we look like we’re on a date ……?”
