“I have no idea what’s going on in class, and this is pretty stiff. ……”
Now it was after school, and I was alone in an empty classroom, my head in my hands, because I had been absent for more than a month and of course my classes had progressed quite a bit, and because of that I had no idea what was going on in class.
Especially in science subjects such as Math IIB and Physics Basics, I was in serious trouble, and I was sure that I would get a red mark in the future if I didn’t do anything.
Incidentally, at my high school, if you get a red mark on a test, you have to take a follow-up test, and if you fall below a certain standard on the follow-up test, you will be expelled from the school.
And since I was involved in the incident right after the mid-term exam, there are not many days left until the final exam.
At times like this, if I were a full-fledged student, I would probably get help from my friends, lover, or seniors to get over the pinch of being expelled from school, but unfortunately, I’m a loner.

It would be too sad for me to be expelled from school after I’ve come back to school after getting well. If this is the story, I must say that it is a development that benefits no one.
So I start to resent my past self for deciding to enroll in an advanced school with strict rules, but it was just a waste of time to do that now. To be honest, it is quite troublesome, but it seems that the only way is to ask a teacher to teach me.
“Ryoya. What’s wrong with your difficult face?”

I was completely in my own world, but I was surprised to hear her speak to me all of a sudden, and I couldn’t help but shout out.

Suddenly, Reona and Riona were standing in front of me, and they were shouting at me, so I decided to apologize for now.
“I’m sorry, I didn’t expect you to talk to me so suddenly, so I just went……wait a minute, neither of you had gone home yet.”
I was surprised that they were still in school, as it had already been almost 30 minutes since the end of homeroom.
In my case, I was late returning home because I had been called by Shinonome-sensei as a continuation of the morning session, but why hadn’t the two of them left? The girls answered my question.
“I thought I’d go home with Ryoya-kun.”

What a surprise, Reona and Riona are trying to go home with me. Today, I went to school with them in the morning and received a homemade lunch box for lunch, which was a bargain sale for the first event in my life, but it seems that it is not over yet.

I knew from first hand experience that the two of them were very pushy, so I knew from the start that there was nothing I could say that would make a difference.
Then we left the classroom, changed out of our shoes and into shoes at the shoe box, and began to walk slowly home. As in the morning, the stares from the people around us were as intense as ever, and I felt completely uncomfortable.

“……To be honest, it’s a very shameful thing, but actually, I couldn’t understand the content of the class at all.”
I honestly told Reona and Riona about my current problems. I was quite embarrassed to talk about it, but I decided to be bold and confide in them since they are very open with me.
“Of course. But I don’t think it can be helped since you’ve been absent for so long.”
It seems that Reona had expected this, and she offered words of consolation. Although I felt somewhat saved by this, nothing had been done to resolve the fundamental problem.
“I know I have to do something because if I don’t, I might get expelled from school, but I can’t think of anything good to do.”
“Then I’ll teach Ryoya how to study.”

I was surprised at the sudden proposal that came out of Riona’s mouth, who had kept quiet until then. While I was thinking this, Reona started talking with a proud look on her face.
“Riona is one of the top students in her grade, so you don’t have to worry about anything. I’m not very good at anything except English, so she’s been teaching me a lot.”
I had an image of Riona as a smart, intellectual character, but it seems I was right.
“I’ll take care of it.”
“Are you sure….?”
When I asked that again, Riona silently shook her head. Reona, who was watching the situation from the side, opened her mouth with a happy face.
“Okay, it’s decided. We don’t have much time left before the test, so let’s get started tomorrow.”
“Okay. I’ll start tomorrow.”
“Ryoya, I am in your care.”
Now there was a possibility that I could manage the critical situation of being expelled from school. But needless to say, I can never let my guard down, because it means nothing if I don’t do my best. I made up my mind that I would make the most of this opportunity.
