I got home and took a breather, drinking the café au lait I bought at Seven-Eleven.

It wasn’t even a case I needed to handle.
What the hell was that about “Let’s go drinking since we finished early!”? You just wanted to drink, didn’t you!
Good thing I didn’t go drinking and came straight home.
Damn it, I’m gonna… Whoops, almost let that slip.
Ever since I started this reckless behavior, I need to stop letting things like that slip out.
“Come to think of it, I didn’t even open Twitter during my break…”
Oh, the hateful DMs have decreased.
Or rather, they deleted their account and ran away…
So-called throwaway accounts, huh.
There’s nothing good that comes from doing stuff like this.
Guess they just want to bash someone because I’m not a streamer.

There were replies to the tweet I posted this morning.
Since I locked my account, they must be from people who followed me before that.
Wait, there are over 20 replies, and they’re all encouraging.

There’s one person, or rather, one person who wrote a really long message.

Some people are getting angry over something completely unrelated to them.
That makes me happy.
Actually, a lot of people are saying not to make it private.
Like, who even cares about my tweets lol.

I really appreciate it.
I decided to take a bath and eat dinner.
Pasta, of course.
It’s quick to make.
I dumped the pasta into boiling water.
In the frying pan next to it, I added olive oil and garlic to release the aroma.
I added bacon and mushrooms and sautéed them.
I added soy sauce, mirin, and dashi, plus a little bit of the pasta cooking water.
I dumped the cooked pasta in and tossed it to coat.
I added salt and pepper.
The key thing not to forget here is where you add it.
- Raise your arm high.
- Bend your elbow.
- Twist your wrist to sprinkle it out in a light, even shower.
Yeah, sprinkle it like that salt-shaking guy.
Seriously, doing this versus not doing it completely changes the flavor! (Our comparison)
Finally, plate it up and you’re done!
No livestream from Mei-chan today either, and Ara〇… I guess I don’t have to do it today.
Maybe I’ll look for another VTuber’s stream?
While I was mulling this over eating pasta, an email arrived.
“Hey~ wanna hang out tomorrow?”
“OK”
Perfect timing—an invite email from my best friend Hayato.
Come to think of it, tomorrow is a holiday.
It’s been a while since we last talked.
I wonder if he’s been doing okay?
I should get to bed early today to prepare for tomorrow.
I’m tired anyway.
I’m looking forward to it.
