I caught a cold again!

It’s obvious, but I never thought I’d catch another cold…

Adrenaline was getting me through yesterday, but I was at my limit.

Today is the last day of school, so I was able to take the day off when I could. But summer vacation starts tomorrow… If I don’t get better by tomorrow, it’ll be off to a terrible start.

For now, I’ll just rest obediently today…

Ah, when you catch a cold, your thoughts become really negative.

I keep thinking that I’ll never see grandma again. Even though there’s no basis for this, I’m so negative that I almost agree.

My body is weak, so my mind is weak too. I guess the body and mind are connected.

I’m still managing because my favorability ratings with the two heroines are high, but if they were lower I think I would have given up already. If they were lower I would have given up and just enjoyed school life.

Wait, does that mean I have to go out? I have a cold, you know? So why am I the one going out then?

Oh well, whatever. I’m the only one in this house, so it’s only natural that I have to go out.

I’ll just quickly get the package and go to bed.

I let out a cry I didn’t want to make, got up with my heavy body, and headed for the front door.
