Episode 33 – Eh? I just gave you a good morning kiss though?

“Takuma, wake up.”

“…… let me sleep some more.”

Alice shook me awake, but I refused because the time on the clock on my bedside table was still quite early.

I was still tired from playing too much recently and wanted to sleep just a little longer. So I closed my eyes, but Alice’s unexpected action forced me to jump out of bed.

“Hey, What are you doing all of a sudden?!”

“Eh? I just gave you a good morning kiss though?”

Yes, Alice had forcefully snatched my lips while I was trying to get back to sleep. Suddenly, I woke up at once because of the deep kiss at the timing when I was dozing off.

“I found out that it was very effective, and from now on I will give you a good morning kiss every day.”

“No, no, no, I don’t think my body can handle that.”

Every morning, I would not like to be woken up by deep kisses.

“Then Takuma woke up too, let’s get ready to go out.”

“Eh, do you have plans to go somewhere this early in the morning?”

If I’m not mistaken, there were no plans for today.

“No, I didn’t have any plans, but I suddenly wanted to go to the beach. You know, I just bought a bathing suit the other day.”

“That’s really sudden.”

Apparently, she decided to go on a completely spur of the moment idea.

“By the way, is your foot that you sprained on the day of the fireworks already fine?”

“Yes, it’s been a few days now, and the swelling and pain are completely gone.”

“So, no problem then. So, where are we going to the beach?”

“I want to go to Isshiki Beach in Kanagawa.”

Isshiki Beach is a very beautiful beach, and I believe it does not take long to get there from Tokyo.

“Okay, I’ll get ready, just wait here for a minute.”

I washed my face in the bathroom, changed out of my pajamas, and returned to Alice. I put on a hat to cover up my sleeping hair. I was going to get wet in the ocean anyway.

“Okay, I’m ready, let’s go.”

“Yeah, let’s go.”

We started to head for Isshiki Beach in Kanagawa Prefecture, taking buses and trains.

After nearly an hour and a half of being rocked by buses and trains, we finally arrived at our destination, Isshiki Beach. The blue ocean stretched out before us, glistening in the sunlight.

“I knew that on a hot, sunny day like today, the ocean was the place to be.”

“Yeah, it sure feels good to be in the ocean, doesn’t it?”

We walked to the beach house and rented beach parasols. I then set up our leisure sheets and beach parasols on the beach.

The installation of the beach parasol is as simple as digging a hole and sticking a pole in the sand, but I do it carefully because I don’t want it to fall over and injure someone.

“Okay, that’s about it.”

“Thank you, Takuma.”

“Well, after we change into our swimsuits, let’s meet back here.”

“Yeah, I’ll see you later.”

Alice and I split up and headed to the men’s locker room to change into our swimsuits. I went back under the beach parasol and waited for Alice to come while playing with my phone. But after about ten minutes, there was no sign that Alice was coming.

“……, she’s late, what’s the trouble?”

I get up and start heading toward the women’s locker room. I was in the middle of the room when I saw Alice being tangled up with a man about 30 years old.

“So I’ve told you many times before that I’m here with my husband and I can’t go with you guys, right?”

“Eh, that’s fine. Leave your husband alone and come play at the beach with me.”

It seems that she was caught by a bad pick-up artist. Naturally, I couldn’t just ignore him, so I intervened.

“Excuse me, can you quit picking on my wife?”

“Could this be the husband I’ve heard so much about? But no matter how I look at him, he looks about the age of a high school student.”

That’s what the pick-up guy said when he saw me. Unlike Alice, who is half-Japanese and mature, I have facial features that are appropriate for my age, so it’s no wonder I look like a high school student.

“Well, okay, if he really is your husband, show me the proof.”

As I begin to think about how to get rid of him because he starts saying such troublesome things, Alice, who should have been behind me a moment ago, intervenes between me and the pick-up artist.

As I was wondering what Alice was going to do, she suddenly kissed me. Ignoring my surprise and the guy’s surprise, Alice continued kissing me as if she was showing me off.

“Is this enough for you? As you can see, we love each other, and my body and soul are all Takuma’s.”

“Uwaa, are you for real? ……”

The pick-up guy seems to have decided to give up after being shown the scene of us kissing right in front of him, so he starts trying to leave somewhere.

However, that doesn’t seem to be the case as the pick-up man is apprehended by a macho lifesaver who heard the commotion and came.

“He was very persistent, so thank you for coming to my rescue.”

“I’m glad you’re okay for now, but did you really have to go through all that trouble for a public kiss?”

“I knew a kiss was the quickest way to show the evidence.”

Alice said so with a calm expression. Alice seems to be normal as usual.
