When I arrived at the rendezvous point with Nanahoshi, I looked around to find her.
I thought I would be able to find her right away …… because she basically always attracts a lot of attention when she goes to the meeting place.
“She’s not there.”
I checked the time on my smartphone and found that the time was 13:55, five minutes before the meeting time of 14:00.
Usually Nanahoshi would arrive at the meeting place earlier than me, but sometimes this would happen.
I decided to wait for her maturely ──── when I thought I heard footsteps from behind me, and suddenly my eyes were covered and I heard a familiar voice from behind me.
“Who is it~!”
Hearing that voice, I almost answered that it was Nanahosh──── but I quickly changed that as I had to pretend to be Nanahoshi’s lover today.
“Chiha”
“C-Chiha……!’
She said in a slightly above-earnest voice.
…… Then I waited for a little while, but Nanahoshi didn’t take her hand away from my eyes.
“Chiha? I’d appreciate it if you’d talk to me soon.”
“W-Wait a minute, please ──── wait a minute, Toiro! It’s been a while since I’ve been called by name, so I’m not blushing …… but anyway, just a little more, just a little more!”
Nanahoshi also seems to be planning to treat me as a lover from now on, but for some reason she seems quite flustered.
“I understand.”
I have no idea why Nanahoshi is panicking, but I decided to wait a little while to let Nanahoshi regain her composure.
Then, after a little time had passed, Nanahoshi removed her hand from my eye, so I turned to her and said.
“You seemed flustered earlier, what’s wrong?”
When I asked that, Nanahoshi also looked flustered, waved her hands and said.
“I-I wasn’t panicking, so you don’t have to worry, okay?”

It seems obvious that she is in a panic, but I don’t want to mention it any further, as it would make her even more flustered.
Nanahoshi always wears different clothes because she is a …… model, but as usual, her clothes are different today than they have ever been before.
She wears a transparent white shirt on top and a black V-neck innerwear.
And white trousers underneath.
“I think Chiha today is dressed just right, if somewhat mature and beautiful”
“Eh, eh?”
When I somehow tried to tell her that, Nanahoshi let out several bewildered voices in succession, as if she was astonished.
Then, next, she says in a loud voice.
“Eh! Did you just compliment me on my clothes, Toiro!?”
Nanahoshi seems so upset that she loses sight of whether to treat me as a lover or as normal, but I say.
“I just said what I thought, but at least it was a positive remark.”
“!~!!!’
Nanahoshi raises her voice inaudibly and continues, saying in a loud voice.
“I-I’m so happy! All this time I’ve been so not-touchy about my clothes, so I’ve been thinking a lot of things, like maybe they don’t suit me, or maybe they’re not to Toiro-san’s taste, but I’m really happy to hear you say so, Toiro-san! It’s getting hot today, so I went with a cool white sheer shirt, black v-neck and white flared trousers!”
To me, who had no knowledge of clothes, especially women’s clothes, it felt like a list of words like a spell, but I could tell from Nanahoshi’s facial expressions, the sound of her voice, and the intensity of her words that she was truly happy. I can see it and feel it…As a model, it must be really gratifying to get compliments on your clothes.
“It’s been a while since I’ve worn it, so I was worried that Toiro-san would think I was weird, but thank you for the compliment!”
If Nanahoshi feels so happy, should I have told her about my impressions of the clothes a little earlier?
Nanahoshi seems to be so filled with happiness that she forgets to treat me as a lover anymore, but since we haven’t arrived at the launch site yet, there won’t be any particular problem if she stays as is.
“I haven’t bothered to say it until now, but I’ve always felt that all the clothes Nanahoshi wore when she met me suited her.”

When I told her in a few words what I thought about her clothes so far, Nanahoshi raised her voice in an inaudible voice,──── but seeing she jumping up and down in a small way and covering her face with both hands, I was conversely unsure whether I should continue to praise her clothes.

Having made that decision, I waited for a while until Nanahoshi calmed down, and at the timing when Nanahoshi had finally calmed down, I went with Nanahoshi to the launch site of Nanahoshi’s modelling shoot.
