Final Episode – All That I Can See

“–What happened?”

“We’re going out……”

Lunch break.

I reported to Daiki over lunch.

“I’ve put you through a lot of trouble, Daiki.”

“That’s true. On the second day of the summer festival, I spent a lot of money to make Mai happy,……. I’ll be sure to charge you for that.”

While I was going around the summer festival with Ayaka, Daiki was apparently going around with Mai, who was supposed to go with me, without his onii chan.

I can’t thank him enough.

“I really appreciate it.”

“Besides, Mai didn’t seem to have given up on you yet, so you should be careful. In case you have an affair……….”

“I’m not going to cheat.”

“It’s a joke, a joke. So what are you going to do now? What are your future plans with Ayaka-chan? Come to think of it, did you kiss?”

Daiki asked me curiously, so I just said, “No comment”

“What the heck. Well, if there is anything I can advise you, you can rely on this love master Daiki-sama.”

“What’s a love master? You can’t call yourself a master if you’ve never had a girlfriend. In fact, you don’t even have one now.”

“It’s not that I don’t have one, it’s that I don’t make one!”

Daiki said with his mouth full of the ingredients of his lunch box.

(Yes, there it is, the typical excuse of those who can’t afford it)

I didn’t say anything, but just listened to him. I just let it slide

“You just looked at me like a fool, didn’t you? Watch me now.”

“Okay, okay.”

“I heard that Yudai was so nervous that Tani san confessed that they started dating, and he’s been in a fever lately. I’m also ……. I’m also …….”

“Don’t worry, don’t worry. Daiki is a good guy, you’ll get a girlfriend easily.”

(Someone please get him for me.)

Thinking like this, we enjoyed our lunch break.

“I’m sorry. It took longer than I thought. ……”

After school, as I was waiting at the school gate, Ayaka came running toward me.

“It’s totally fine. The teacher called you, so there’s nothing you can do about it.”

“…… thanks.”

We held hands and started walking together.

All that’s left to do is go home…it should be, but that doesn’t happen when you’re in a relationship.

I don’t want to be separated from each other, and I know in my heart that I don’t want to waste even a minute of our time together.

Therefore, we naturally slowed down our walking speed and walked as if we wished to stay together forever.

We both stared at a certain place at the same time and let it leak out.

What caught our eyes was a bookstore.

The place where the thing that connected us was.

The park next to it.

“……, want to drop by for a bit?”

“Yeah, I’ll drop by. Maybe they’ve got some new releases.”

We walked into the bookstore as if we were being sucked in.

We didn’t have anything special we had to do today, but our feet were leading us into the store on their own.

I entered the bookstore and was looking for a book I was interested in when, out of the corner of my eye, Ayaka saw me and for some reason started grinning at me.

“No? It’s nothing?”

“You lied. Then why are you looking at me and grinning?”

“I’m not. I just thought Shoma was cool.”

“C-cool ……?!”

“It’s cute when you’re shy.”

I was caught off guard by Ayaka’s words, so I put my thoughts into words to get revenge.

“…I’m sure Ayaka is cuter than me.”

Despite this exchange, we thoroughly enjoyed the bookstore and then headed home.

[Pipi, pipipipi]

I stopped the alarm on my phone that was ringing in my bedroom as usual, I raised myself up from my bed and put my glasses on the bedside table, and suddenly, my eyes fell on the glasses on the shelf.

“I miss them.”

And then I am reminded of the past.

—I, Kakuta Shoma, had a secret that I couldn’t tell anyone.

It was on the opening day of my second year of high school that I started to see it.

For some reason, the alarm on my phone, which usually went off, did not go off that day.

I put on my glasses, changed out of my pajamas and into my school uniform, and hurriedly left home.

I ran as fast as I could to avoid being late on the first day, and as I approached the last turn toward the school, I saw a man at the end of the turn.

I bumped into someone who was at the other end of the bend, and the impact knocked my glasses off.

I quickly fumble for the glasses and apologize to the person I bumped into.

“No, it’s all right. Here are your glasses.”

The man in a suit hands me what must be my glasses.

It was this mysterious pair of “LOVE GLASSES.”

(I wonder if the man in the suit spent the same time as I did.)

—I was thinking like that when the door to my bedroom was opened and my name was called out.

“Shoma, if you don’t get up early, you’ll be late.”

The person who peeked out of the door saying that

My wife, Ayaka Masuda.

We had been dating since then, overcame many obstacles, entered the workforce, and finally got married this spring.

(I’ll tell you the story next time.)

“Oh, I’m sorry.”

I left the bedroom, ate breakfast prepared by Ayaka, took my mysterious “LOVE GLASSES” with me, got ready, and headed for the front door.

“Have a good day,”

I kiss her on the forehead. Ayaka came to see me off, and I said, ‘I’m going’ I kissed her on the forehead, and headed out the door.

I see a boy running in the distance, so I take a little detour than usual.

I turn the corner at the same time as the boy comes out of the corner of the street.

“Excuse me.”

As I had hoped, the boy and I bumped into each other.

The impact knocked off my glasses, and he hurriedly groped for them, apologizing to me.

“No, it’s okay. Here are your glasses.”

Saying this, I handed him not his glasses but the mysterious “LOVE GLASSES” that I had brought with me.

The boy took them without question and ran away again.

As I picked up the boy’s glasses, I murmured to his back

“Have a Good love.”

(A/N :

About 100,000 words.

Thank you for reading the last story and this postscript.

I am sorry that the story ended without any preliminaries.

Please forgive the parts that don’t add up.

It has been about 8 months since I started writing and posting this work.

It seems like a very long time, but it was also very short.

Because I ran through the story without writing any plot, I hope you don’t mind that the story is messed up or that someone has violated the law.

I am grateful to all the readers who supported me and made it possible for me to write this far.

I really, really appreciate it.

After finishing this work, I still feel that I am not mature enough yet.

I would like to write about all the characters in an attractive way sooner or later.

This work is the first complete work among the full-length works I have written so far.

I am planning to write various romantic comedy works (or other genres if requested) in the future, so if you like, please follow me as an author.

I would also appreciate your comments and stars on my works.

(I may secretly post some ss if I get a lot of requests or if I feel like it.)

I don’t want to make this too long, so I’m going to close now.

To those who have read this work to the end.

Those who have given me bookmarks and star ratings.

Those who have commented even once.

Those who have told me that it was emotional and interesting.

Thank you to all of you.

Thank you very, very much!

it was Micchan! (^^)!)

(TL/N : I can’t help but to feel confused, like the story went too fast and the author is like ignoring other aspect of the story like Sera and Mai. Anyway, thank you for reading this, don’t forget to support the author and see you on the next one!!!)

If you enjoy our content, feel free to donate, Thank you in advance !
