Episode 18 – I think it’s normal for us to sleep together since we’re going to be husband and wife, right?

I had a rare experience of fainting in the bathtub from a large amount of nosebleed, but after that, I was at peace, partly because Alice was very quiet. Alice must have felt that she had gone too far.

“…… is it that late already?”

“We’ve got school tomorrow, so we should get ready for bed.”

The current time is just before twenty-three o’clock. It seemed like quite a long time had passed while I was studying and chatting with Alice.

“I’ve laid out a futon for visitors in my mother’s room, so Alice can sleep there.”

“Umm, I think I’d rather sleep in Takuma’s bed after all.”

Alice lay down on my bed saying that with a nonchalant look on her face. When she had come into my bed before, she had taken off her clothes and was in her underwear, so sleeping in the bed with me was very bad for my in a rational sense.

“Then I’ll sleep in my mother’s room.”

“Eh, if you’re going to go to all this trouble, let’s sleep together.”

Alice got up and stopped me by pulling the sleeve of my pajamas. I was thrilled by Alice’s gesture, but I couldn’t give up on this.

“We’re going to be husband and wife, so I think it’s normal for us to sleep together, right?”

“Absolutely not, no matter what you say.”

Alice was always pushing me to sleep with her, saying that we were going to be husband and wife, but I couldn’t shake my head at this demand.

I’m a very self-controlled person, but there’s no chance that I’ll run out of patience and do something irreversible.

“I’m sorry, but it’s decided.”

As soon as I finished saying that, Alice grabbed my hand and tried to drag me forcibly into the bed. However, I am not strong enough to be overpowered by Alice, who is a girl.

I was being pulled by her hand for a while, but Alice, who seemed to think that there was no way out of this, took an unexpected action.

Suddenly, she blew on my ear. I was so surprised that I lost my strength for a moment, but of course Alice couldn’t miss it. I was pulled off balance by her hand just as I lost my strength, and I fell straight to the bed.

“I won’t let go of you tonight, I promise.”

Alice’s body was entwined with mine and she hugged me with all her might, so I didn’t think I’d be able to escape.

“……I get it, I’ve lost. Just do what you want”

“Yes, yes, you’re very good and honest. Good night.”

Alice had a big smile on her face as I was completely thrown out of the room. Needless to say, I couldn’t sleep properly after that.

“…… is it morning already?”

I had fallen asleep before I knew it, and while trying not to wake Alice, who was sleeping comfortably next to me, I picked up the phone I had left by my bedside.

It is definitely morning since it is quite bright outside the curtains, but I wonder what time it is. I couldn’t believe my eyes when I looked at the screen of my phone.

“Eh, it’s eight o’clock!”

On a normal weekday, I would have already left home. Apparently, I had completely overslept. I had set the alarm on my phone for seven o’clock, but why didn’t it go off? It should go off forever until I manually turn it off.

“Morning Takuma, what’s up with you being so loud in the morning?”

“We overslept, we’ll be late for school if you don’t get ready early.”

“Oh, it’s true. I overslept a little.”

I don’t know why, but Alice was very calm while I was in a panic. Then we hurriedly got ready and started heading to school.

We had to be in the classroom by the pre-bell at 8:35 to be considered tardy, so it was a fine line whether we could make it or not.

“I thought I set the alarm …….”

“Oh, sorry. The alarm was too loud, so I turned it off.”

In response to my tweet, Alice answered in a matter-of-fact manner. The alarms were going off and it was Alice who stopped the alarms.

“….., let’s hurry anyway.”

“Yes.”

I had no energy to complain any more, and it was all I could do to reply in short sentences. In the end, I was able to slip into the classroom at 8:33 and made it just in time, but after the first period ended, a new problem arose.

“Hey, Alice. Why are you late today?”

“Yeah, Takuma wouldn’t let me sleep last night, so I overslept.”

What a surprise, Alice said such a thing to her classmate who asked her a question. The classmate who seemed to be very interested immediately asked Alice a question.

“Eh, What do you mean? Tell me in detail.”

“I mean just as it is, he told me he won’t let me go tonight and dragged me into bed with him.”

“Did you by any chance have a sleepover alone with Kurotsuki-kun?!”

These conversations are loud and the whole classroom knows about the sleepover. In the first place, what she just talked about is not what I did to her, but what Alice did to me.

I wanted to say something like that, but my classmates started to get excited on their own, so it was too late. Some of my classmates, mainly boys, were giving me hateful stares, which made me feel uncomfortable.

I wonder if Alice is doing this on purpose to get under my skin. I was under a barrage of stares from all over the classroom, and all I could do was glare at Alice with resentment.
