The first day of the lesson with Ryoko and Misumi senpai ended without a hitch.
Thanks to Misumi senpai’s hands-on lesson, Ari san seemed to have grasped something. She solved the exercises in the problem book, and the results were already showing.
Ari san seemed to have gotten a good response, and her expression was full of confidence.
Ryoko and I, on the other hand, spent time reviewing other subjects while we waited, preparing for future classes.
In the evening, we parted ways before the sun went down. Ryoko walked home since it was the next station but within walking distance. Senpai took the bus, Ari san took the train, and I decided to walk Ari san to the station.

Senpai is as proactive about tutoring as I am. But to be honest, I don’t really understand why.
The relationship between Senpai and Ari san only lasted at that tea party. Would you go to such lengths just because you asked them about their worries about taking the entrance exam or intervened?
Or does it have something to do with the fact that Ari san is her sister’s student?
Maybe she wanted to see her sister happy or to surprise her.
But I have a feeling that’s not it. The expression Misumi senpai showed me during the day negated my expectation.

Tomorrow, Senpai will be absent, and Ryoko and I will teach Japanese and math together.
