I wake up early in the morning and go to the washbasin to freshen up.

I can already tell I’m going to disdain all 3 of these so so-called “heroines”. They all talk absolute shit to his face, then act like they have any right to be with him. This story would be so much better if it was about MC eventually finding a girl who loves and values him and shoving his happiness down these 3 parasites’ throat. Based on that title and the harem tag though, it seems like my wish isn’t gonna happen.
Sorry, but gonna drop this here. Thought I’d give it a shot, but I refuse to read a story whose cast I hate 3/4 of.
