I was called out by my homeroom teacher in the morning.
“Good morning. This may come out of the blue, but are you interested in joining a club, Kuga-kun?”
“Not particularly at the moment…”
“The reason I called you today is because there’s a club that’s having trouble getting first-year students to join, so I thought maybe you guys would be interested. I’d really like you and Asahina-san to join together.”

The teacher handed Asahina the script. Asahina stared at the script as if she wanted to say something.
“Ryo kun, what should we do?”
“Why don’t you give it a try? I’d like to see Asahina’s live performance!”
“Ugh…”
Asahina took a step forward. I noticed that her hands were trembling slightly.
